In January of 2008, we opened a whole new retail shop specializing in unique culinary merchandise.  We believe that cooking is fun so we have added just the right amount of whimsy and humor to the mix as well.  You'll find everything from basic cooking equipment to unusual gift items for your favorite “foodie.”   You can even watch live cooking classes in progress through our floor to ceiling windows to our newly added Santa Fe Kitchen. We make it our business to have you help us test new products and sample the great chef-prepared foods that we have for sale from our freezers through our popular “Dinners on Demand” program.  Our 4 brand-spankin' new Viking freezers are filled to the brim with frozen dishes from salad dressings and appetizers to entrees, soups and desserts. Watch for Free Cooking Demonstrations on selected Saturdays (See list below.) where you can walk in anytime and experience a live cooking demonstration complete with recipes.  Stop by Kitchenology and you'll see what we mean!  No appointments are necessary!  Our Gadget Gurus are always in session to show you around.

Special “Saturday Cooking Events”!
We have some creative culinary events coming up as we continue our popular Saturday events! Some of them are even FREE...that's right...we said FREE! In the past we've offered “Tamale Saturday” and “Soup Stock Saturday” and boy, did you have fun with those. So we decided to keep 'em comin'. The following are listed on our Class Schedule but we will also have some that are not listed. Just stop by and check it out. We're always up to something.

Haunted Kitchen Trick or Treat

Spooky culinary activities whipped up for Halloween! Explore our interactive Haunted Kitchen where we offer up some devilishly fun hands-on action as each ghoul (er, guest) makes a fun take-home treat and samples some Witches' Brew! (No reservations needs; walk-in event with $10 per person fee)
